About our Client:
Our client is a market leading multi-million dollar Australian business, with operations globally. With a long-established status for excellence, this organisation pride themselves on their high-achieving working culture and close-knit team environment. Due to continued growth and a busy working period, they are currently looking for a Payroll Officer to join their high performing and supportive team in an ongoing temporary capacity. 

The Role:
Reporting directly into the Payroll Manager, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Payroll processing for 500+ employees
• PAYG, Payroll Tax, Workcover and Superannuation payments
• Processing new starters and terminations
• Proving accurate information in response to employee queries
• Additional tasks to assist the broader team

  
Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar end to end Payroll Officer position along with the following skills and attributes:

• Excellent communication skills and a reliable attitude
• Strong attention to detail and positive working approach
• Ability to confidently work both autonomously and in a team environment
• Ability to hit the ground running with excellent time management skills
• Prior experience with a large ERP system, preferably Preceda
