About the role
This national aged care organisation is looking for two payroll project analyst to join their team initially on a contract basis, with the potential to go permanent. This person must have previous experience working with the aged care & nursing awards as they need to hit the ground running.
Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, this person will be responsible for:
- Interpreting, reading and testing the aged care & nursing award
- Migrate data
- Cross checking and cleansing data
- Running parallel pay runs and testing
- Assist in salary and payroll changes accordingly
- Proven experience in a payroll analyst, team lead or management position
- Experience working within aged care or healthcare
- Have experience using Chris 21 would be an advantage
- Be very confident with using excel
- Ability to confidently engage and liaise with senior managers.
