Our client is a reputable business in a thriving industry. The organisation boast a supportive and high performing work culture with excellent opportunities for staff. Due to rapid growth, our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team based in Hawthorn

The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working within a team, you will be responsible for:
  • End to end payroll processing
  • Relevant EBA and award interpretation
  • Time and attendance configuration
  • Provide high quality customer service through accurate information and support to stakeholder enquiries
  • Reporting duties
  • Extensive understanding of iChris and assisting the broader team
The successful applicant will have
  • Prior experience within a similar Payroll Officer position
  • Experience with iChris is essential for this position
  • Experience with Workday will be highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
  • Analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box
