The Organisation

Our client is an international market leader in a rapidly growing industry. Due to the growth of the company, the business is currently looking for a payroll expert to assist with implementation of a new payroll and timekeeping system, and to act as the subject matter expert to the payroll team. 

Position Description 

Reporting directly into the GM of Payroll, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Provide high quality customer service through accurate information and support to stakeholder enquiries
  • Identifying and implementing operational efficiencies where relevant
  • Ensure accurate and timely process of payroll administration including compliance with statutory requirements
  • Managing data migration, testing and end user deployment phases
  • Provide system demonstration and training to staff
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of required documentation
  • Setting up standardised reports and report groups
  • Data conversion
  • Administer other ad hoc duties such as on boarding and off boarding processes
Candidate Profile
  • Payroll project management experience in SAP ECC 6.0 is essential 
  • Exposure to SuccessFactors and/or Kronos would be advantageous
  • Thoroughly knowledgeable about administration and implementation of payroll systems
  • Understanding of utilising payroll database software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to take initiative and accountability for assigned task
  • High attention to detail including prioritising and organising workload
