About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chris21/ichris payroll professional to work within a large, multinational company and handle the day-to-day payroll system reporting tasks. The company also has a number of transformation projects in the pipeline and this role will support these projects. You will work as part of a payroll project team and be a key stakeholder within the payroll space. You have a lot of support around you and be provided with the training required to suceed in this role.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the strong potential for it to become longer-term. 

The responsibilities:
  1. Be a system specialist and handle payroll system related issues within the organisation
  2. Payroll reporting tasks
  3. Coordinate and perform testing, deployment and support for all payroll related programs nationally
  4. Ensure compliance across payroll processes and functions
  5. Manage relationships with key stakeholders 
  6. Identify, train and implement process and system improvements
  7. Maintain system upgrades

The successful applicant will have:
  • Strong Chris21/ichris reporting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player who can work collaboratively with other members within the team.
