About the role
This large healthcare organisation is looking for a Payroll Systems Manager to join their workforce on an initial 6 month contract. It is essential that this person has a strong technical understanding of Ichris/Chris 21 as well as UKG/Kronos. The role will be sitting in the payroll department, and working very closely with the payroll manager as well as the HRIS team. They offer a flexible working arrangement between home and the office, and are offering a competitive salary.
The Responsibilities:
- Interpret a high volume, complex number of EA's through Ichris
- Analyze and report back tracked data
- Respond to all customer queries (face to face, telephone, email)
- Apply payroll knowledge, knowledge of company policies and procedures and problem solving skills to provide a quality response
- Assisting the payroll team of the interpretation of the awards.
- Integrate, design and maintaine support for Ichris/UKG
The successful applicant will have
- Previous experience using Ichris/UKG
- Previous experience implementing these two softwares an advantage
- Experience with different awards
- Strong Excel and numeracy skills is very important
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in the healthcare sector is a massive advantage
