We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to run paid marketing activity and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) for our hugely successful and growing client in the Education sector. Our client has grown to become a market leader in their industry, and their success is a product of developing a fun, innovative and collaborative workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be managing paid search and social campaigns to drive online traffic and digital acquisitions and will optimise towards various goals/outcomes depending on the nature of each project. You will liaise with several stakeholders across the business and be able to multitask and use their time in an efficient manner to ensure important business goals/tasks are being prioritised and achieved.
Role Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this role would be highly autonomous and a critical thinker who can use their data and analytics skills to identify areas for optimisation across all channel assets. Furthermore, the ideal person for this role would have extensive experience when it comes to reporting and budget management and will be able to track and manage budgets daily and ensure reporting is being delivered on a bi-monthly and monthly basis. Your responsibilities will also include (but not limited to):
  • Paid content promotion across all Social Media channels and Search Engines
  • Regular optimisation of paid activity and regular reporting on activity;
  • Effective budget management and creating budget management systems
  • Make recommendations for optimisations and paid strategy based on data & trend analysis;
  • Set up conversion tags/pixels to ensure tracking of important business metrics, eCommerce goals and sales etc.;
  • Create highly effective retargeting strategies across paid search and paid social;
  • Write high converting ad copy (and set up testing systems for this);
  • Work with the graphic design team to create high converting ad creative;
  • Analyse datasets to identify key areas for optimisation and improvement.
What we are looking for
  • Key experience developing and executing Performance Marketing strategies end-to-end;
  • Experience running eCommerce and lead-based campaigns across multiple channels (AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Extensive experience developing highly targeted audiences using Facebook Insights, Custom Data and retargeting based on actions taken;
  • Google Ads/AdWords/Tag Manager (Including Google Display Network & YouTube Advertising);
  • Paid Social (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads & LinkedIn Advertising) and experience managing budgets;
  • Understanding of SEO & how this co-exists with paid marketing activity;
  • Extensive experience using Google Analytics & other analytics/data tracking and visualisation platforms;
  • High level of experience setting up retargeting across Paid Search and Paid Social;
  • Multitasker who can undertake multiple requests simultaneously;
  • Can create effective budget tracking systems to make sure we are always spending to our allocated budget;
  • Excellent attention to detail.
