About the Role
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll support 3 financial advisers and play a key role in helping them manage their day and stay client-ready. This role will give you exposure to high-level admin support and insight into the private wealth space.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing adviser calendars and scheduling client meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Preparing meeting documents, reports, and presentations
- Formatting and proofreading client communications
- Booking travel and managing itineraries
- Assisting with email and phone communications
- Light reception and overflow call handling when needed
- Updating client information and maintaining records in Salesforce
- General administrative tasks including scanning, printing, filing and data entry
To succeed in this role, you’ll have strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a proactive mindset. You’re someone who takes pride in getting things done and keeping a team organised.
You will have:
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Polished personal presentation
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Great communication skills — written and verbal
- A professional approach to client interaction
- Confidence using systems and learning new technology (Salesforce a bonus)
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to support others
