The Role
Reporting to Plant Leadership, the Plant Finance Manager oversees all financial activities within the site. This role leads the plant finance function and acts as a trusted advisor to operations, providing insight into performance, risks, and opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating the annual plant budget, LE process, and monthly performance reporting.
- Reviewing and communicating key variances while ensuring adherence to corporate policies, internal controls, and asset protection.
- Partnering closely with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and global finance teams to deliver accurate reporting and sound decision support.
- Conducting ROI analysis and evaluating capital investments under BASICS and C-P capital management standards.
- Providing mentorship to technical teams for accurate spend classification, savings verification and fixed asset management.
- Performing ad hoc analysis and supporting continuous improvement through automation, standardisation, and technology.
You will be an experienced finance professional with:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA preferred.
- 7+ years in finance or accounting, ideally within supply chain, procurement or manufacturing environments.
- Strong SAP, analytics, and modelling capability, with proven experience managing budgets, reporting cycles, and financial controls.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to influence operational leaders.
- A continuous improvement mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and comfort working across complex cross-functional teams.
