Responsibilities and key experience required nclude:
- Manage the coordination of activities associated with the PMO
- Providing support to the PES tool application, which utilises JIRA/Confluence platforms
- Support a Workday implementation
- Helping the PMO Manager with reporting packs across the portfolio.
- Produce accurate program reporting.
- Facilitate and organise key program meetings, workshop series, and participants invitations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes and actions.
- PES tool application
- Ideally have Workday experience
- An understanding of SDLC and project governance practices.
- Ability to manage and track budgets as required.
- Experience in similar role; coordinating tasks within the PMO and working as part of the core delivery team.
- Possess excellent communication skills & have an ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels
- Salary package of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum
