12 months FTC opportunity for a PMO Coordinator to join a leading household brand. You will be responsible for managing the coordination of activities associated with the Programme Management Office (PMO). 

Responsibilities and key experience required nclude:
  • Manage the coordination of activities associated with the PMO
  • Providing support to the PES tool application, which utilises JIRA/Confluence platforms
  • Support a Workday implementation
  • Helping the PMO Manager with reporting packs across the portfolio. 
  • Produce accurate program reporting.
  • Facilitate and organise key program meetings, workshop series, and participants invitations.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes and actions.
You will have experience in the the areas below: 
  • PES tool application 
  • Ideally have Workday experience
  • An understanding of SDLC and project governance practices.
  • Ability to manage and track budgets as required.
  • Experience in similar role; coordinating tasks within the PMO and working as part of the core delivery team.
  • Possess excellent communication skills & have an ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels
