The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you’ll take ownership of pricing strategy execution across the region. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving margin optimisation, shaping trade strategies, and influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Your work will be integral to commercial decision-making, balancing short-term pricing management with long-term strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage B2B pricing frameworks, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy, customer segmentation, and margin targets across key channels and accounts.
- Drive execution of trade and pricing strategies across key markets and customer groups
- Analyse and optimise pricing models using macroeconomic and market data
- Provide commercial insights and pricing recommendations to senior executives, including CEO, CFO, GMs and Finance Managers
- Oversee pricing governance and manual override processes, partnering closely with GMs, National Sales Managers and State Sales Managers
- Lead pricing performance reviews, competitive benchmarking, and shelf pricing analysis
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to support brand segmentation, market positioning, and pricing architecture
- Strong experience in pricing, commercial finance or revenue management, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods or related industry
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategy
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present to non-financial leaders
- A proactive mindset, commercial curiosity, and a passion for continuous improvement
