Our client is a fast-growing private equity-backed healthcare organisation who are seeking a commercially focused and analytically driven Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy and execution across its expanding portfolio. This newly created high-impact role will partner stakeholders across the business and play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, supporting investment decisions, and enhancing market visibility.
Duties
- Own and execute pricing strategies across a diverse healthcare portfolio
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and deliver market intelligence
- Build and maintain scalable pricing models and decision-support tools
- Turn complex data sets into simplified easy to consume models
- Analyse pricing performance within a portfolio to optimise revenue and margins
- Develop pricing scenarios and business cases for strategic initiatives
- Conduct half-yearly pricing reviews and competitor tracking
- Drive continuous improvement in pricing governance, accuracy, and efficiency
- Support implementation of dynamic pricing strategies where appropriate
- 5+ years’ experience in a pricing roles
- Ability to work autonomously
- Advanced excel and financial analysis abilities
- Proven experience in pricing recommendations
- Excellent communication to liaise with senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated to drive function improvement
