Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Procurement: Manage the sourcing and procurement of materials, products, or services required for production, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards.
- Indirect Procurement: Oversee the procurement of non-production goods and services, such as office supplies, IT equipment, professional services, and facility management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring excellent service levels and cost negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions.
- Analyze market trends, identify potential risks, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and industry standards.
- Proven experience in procurement, with a focus on either direct or indirect categories.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
