The Role: Reporting to the Estimating Manager you will be responsible for:
Our client is a leader across Custom & high end bespoke homes in Melbourne. Due to growth a position for a production estimator has become available working out of their Mulgrave Office. An excellent opportunity for a production estimator to join a leading builder & work in a stable role.

- Estimate and assess building materials
- Prepare detailed BOQs and take-offs
- Communicate with stakeholders internally and externally
- Utilising BOQ catalogue to estimate jobs
- Diploma in Building Construction or a degree in an equivalent course
- Working knowledge of construction processes and details.
- Competent Microsoft Office suite computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Working knowledge of an estimating system (BusinessCraft, Timberline and WMS would be advantageous).
- 1 + years in a similar role
