This is a 3-month contract role with potential to transition into a permanent opportunity. You'll support the planning and operations team by creating planning tools, improving processes, and contributing to day-to-day production planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map, document, and improve production planning and purchasing processes
- Build and enhance planning tools using Excel and ERP data
- Collaborate with the Business Analysis and Planning teams to support ongoing operational improvements
- Assist with production and material planning for multiple shifts and departments
- Interface with teams across production, warehouse, and office functions
- Experience in supply chain, production planning, or process analysis
- Exposure to FMCG, food manufacturing, or similar environments
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Lean 6 Sigma qualification
- Strong process documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-moving operational setting
