We’re partnering with a well-established and rapidly scaling FMCG manufacturer based in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs to recruit a hands-on Junior Production Planner or Supply Chain Analyst.

This is a 3-month contract role with potential to transition into a permanent opportunity. You'll support the planning and operations team by creating planning tools, improving processes, and contributing to day-to-day production planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map, document, and improve production planning and purchasing processes
• Build and enhance planning tools using Excel and ERP data
• Collaborate with the Business Analysis and Planning teams to support ongoing operational improvements
• Assist with production and material planning for multiple shifts and departments
• Interface with teams across production, warehouse, and office functions

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in supply chain, production planning, or process analysis
• Exposure to FMCG, food manufacturing, or similar environments
• Advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Lean 6 Sigma qualification
• Strong process documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-moving operational setting
