Reporting to the FP&A Manager, your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Undertaking financial planning and analysis, primarily the development of the annual budget and forecasts along with the completion of required financial statements and supporting summaries
- Monitoring, interpreting and reporting on financial performance (including monthly reports, people management plan), identifying and analysing variances as well as the provision of recommendations to improve financial performance
- Improving financial reporting and procedures, including the identification and utilisation of appropriate and high quality financial and non-financial data to complete routine and ad hoc external and internal reporting and information requests
- Deliver accurate and informed monthly reporting
- Attendance at regular meetings with non-financial stakeholders to understand current and future position
To be successful in your application, you will be CA/CPA qualified with previous project experience within a medium/ large environment, ideally within the construction sector. You will possess excellent communication skills, as your ability to engage with and influence non-financial stakeholders will be crucial to your success. Additionally you will be enthusiastic and ambitious, allowing you to work collaboratively within a high performing finance team.
