The role:

Great opportunity for anyone with exposure to scrum projects to gain experience as a Scrum Master in a small, agile environment with a fantastic working environment.
 
What you will do:

• Manage the health of each sprint.
• Facilitate the sprint planning, daily scrum, and retrospectives meetings.
• Work with the Product Owner to perform backlog grooming.
• Create and deliver iteration reports.
• Remove blockers faced by the teams.
• Manage the health of client onboarding and client support to ensure action items are being achieved.
• Evolve and improve the processes in place.
• Align to, and support, the culture of the team.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1+ years’ experience in a scrum master role
• Some familiarity with software development is advantageous
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Growth opportunities in picking up Business Analysis and/or Product Owner duties, as an expansion to your role.
