Our client our an established and trusted boutique Project & Development advisory business delivering mixed use projects in residential, commercial, Aged Care, Child Care and Retail over the past 10 years.
Due to some fantastic project wins they are seeking to grow their business by adding multiple new resources at the Senior PM / Project Director level.
The role
As a Project Director, you will report directly into the Directors of the business. The role will see you lead and deliver the child care and associated projects that will have a long-term effect on the Victorian market.
You will be responsible for the full life-cycle project management, including business case development, feasibility, planning, design and project delivery. You will join a team of intelligent and creative individuals who are on a mission to change the industry!

- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in delivering projects in the Victorian market
- Child Care experience preferred but not necessary
- Have experience in guiding more junior project managers
- Outstanding communication and relationship skills
