About the Role
- Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
- Based in the Brisbane, CBD head office
- Work from home every Friday!
- Handling approximately 50 inbound and outbound calls per day
- Providing high-quality customer support and follow-up
- Updating systems accurately and efficiently
