Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement improved financial frameworks, reporting, and tools
- Provide expert advice on budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and asset capitalisation
- Analyse financial and project data, creating dashboards and insights using Excel and Power BI
- Prepare business cases, documentation, and high quality performance reports
- Partner with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and uplift financial capability across teams
- Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or Business with CPA or CA highly regarded
- Strong experience within infrastructure, construction, resources, or other capital intensive industries
- Proven track record in financial management within project or transformation environments
- Proficient with Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI
- Hands on, analytical, and able to simplify complex financial challenges
- Desirable experience includes transformation, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement
