You’ll own end-to-end delivery from planning and financial tracking through to risk management, reporting and embedding change working closely with procurement, operations, innovation, planning and senior leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver large, multi-site business projects end-to-end
- Build and manage detailed project plans, milestones and dependencies
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks
- Track financials, benefits and ROI
- Support and drive change management activities across impacted teams
- Communicate project progress clearly to senior leadership groups
- 7–10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager across varied project types
- Exposure to FMCG / food manufacturing / product-heavy environments (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability
- Confident with financial tracking, planning and structured delivery
- Comfortable working across change initiatives
- Collaborative, organised and outcome-focused
