-    Be responsible for and oversee the project team on 2 projects
-    Ably assisted by contract administrators, site managers
-    Oversee budgets, forecasting, client management, and key decisions
-    Ensure client communication and safety is kept to a high standard

Your Background:
-    Experience in project managing commercial construction for 2+ years
-    Ability to manage multiple projects
-    Communicate effectively with Sub Contractors, colleagues and Clients
-    Able to manage budgets and drive programme.
