I am currently recruiting a 12-month Fixed term contract with likelihood for extension to contribute to the successful delivery of a critical digital transformation.
This role is critical to the program's success and value realisation. You'll manage two integrated vendor solutions and play a key role in aligning product configuration with business needs — balancing technical capability with stakeholder priorities all while driving the stakeholder engagement essential to delivering benefits realisation.
You will be supported by an experienced leadership team and a culture that values delivery, collaboration and realistic expectations.
This role is Based in Brisbane and will require a locally based candidate who can commit to a minimum of 2-3 days/week in office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing diverse stakeholders across business, technology and marketing, balancing expectations, and keeping projects on track.
- Driving scope management – ensuring new ideas are assessed pragmatically and aligned to priorities.
- Coordinating with vendors and delivery partners across marketing technology platforms.
- Providing clear reporting, planning, and governance to program leadership.
- 7+ years’ project management experience
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and scope management – confident influencing senior business teams.
- Experience managing vendors and external partners.
- Pragmatic delivery style, comfortable with hybrid methodologies
- Strong alignment to people-first, values-based delivery environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Campaign, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly regarded.
- CRM delivery experience useful, but marketing automation experience is preferred.
