This is a unique opportunity to join a multi-year program in its early stages as a Project Manager to lead a critical planning stage initiative focused on uplifting environment and release management capability as a part of a broader enterprise transformation.
Ideally you will have domain experience in environment and release management with strong Project Management acumen to join in the initiation stage, play a key role in current state analysis and help deliver a business case for the execution stage. This is a multi vendor multi SaaS environment and the PM will work with internal SME's to build capability that will ensure releases are sequenced, integrated, and delivered at pace.
What you'll be doing
- Assess current environment and release management processes and tooling
- Define future state strategies, roadmaps, and capability uplift plans
- Lead planning and business case preparation for program approval
- Coordinate multi-vendor delivery patterns and integrate with internal teams
- Support release pipelines, CI/CD orchestration, and integration layers
- Enable readiness for a critical platform landing window
- Strong experience in environment and release management across enterprise-scale SaaS
- Knowledge of CI/CD/BICD pipelines and deployment orchestration
- Multi-vendor delivery and hybrid service model experience
- Ability to define strategy and standards, not just manage delivery
- Comfortable working with limited internal SME support
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and risk trade-off skills
