12-Month Contract | HR Modernisation Program | Brisbane Hybrid
A major transformation program is underway within a high-profile organisation, with a key focus on modernising and centralising HR systems and services. The HR Transformation Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of this stream, from discovery and capability design through to platform procurement and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full HRIS transformation lifecycle, including discovery, capability mapping, procurement, and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer and Program Lead to ensure alignment with restructure outcomes and enterprise strategy.
- Support the development of future-state HR operating models and centralised service structures.
- Drive platform procurement, focusing on cloud-based, SaaS HRIS solutions (e.g. Workday-like architecture).
- Oversee a cross-functional matrix team, including business analysts, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Strong experience leading HRIS or HR transformation projects within complex environments.
- Experience with cloud-based HR platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is essential.
- Skilled in capability modelling, systems discovery, and stakeholder alignment.
- Comfortable working in a low maturity technical environment with limited documentation.
- Experience managing procurement processes and vendor engagement.
- Initial 12-month contract with high potential for extension (18–24 month transformation horizon).
- Brisbane-based, hybrid work environment (minimum five days in-office per fortnight).
