The Opportunity:
You will step into an in-flight project that sits at the heart of a broader enterprise transformation program. With the platform already implemented, the focus now shifts to content, adoption, and embedding sustainable ways of working. You’ll lead the delivery of a Knowledge Management project that will:
- Enable better decision-making for frontline teams
- Improve customer outcomes through access to quality information
- Establish a scalable, repeatable model for knowledge management across the organisation
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a Knowledge Management project
- Drive strong stakeholder engagement across business and executive levels
- Establish a repeatable delivery model for knowledge content uplift
- Work closely with Change and Business teams to ensure adoption and engagement
- Manage a third-party advisory partner (governance and quality oversight)
- Provide clear, transparent reporting on risks, issues, and progress
- Support the transition of capability into a newly formed Knowledge Services team
- Part of a major enterprise transformation program

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

- Strong risk management with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Exposure to Knowledge Management or Information Management
- Experience working on business-led or operational transformation projects
- Background in communications, content, or service environments
- Experience managing external vendors or advisory partners
