Boasting an impressive national portfolio of assets as well as an exciting pipeline of new projects, they are seeking to bolster their existing project management team with the addition of this newly created Project Manager position.
The Role
Reporting to the Manager of Development and Projects you will oversee the delivery of a diverse range of projects, working from brief development and front-end design through to construction delivery and commissioning. This role covers both new build and refurbishment projects and will work closely with the internal Asset Management team to coordinate works in live environments. Offering broad exposure to the full property lifecycle some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Feasibility/Financial Modelling
- Project Planning and Programming
- Managing design and consultant teams
- Appointment and management of builders including Contract Administration
- Project Reporting
- Commissioning
About You
This role will suit candidates with the following background and experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience
- Ideally experience working for a Project Management Consultancy or Landlord in commercial property.
- Sound knowledge of the full project lifecycle from design to completion.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a small team where everyone chips in to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable.
