About The Role: 
We are partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced Group Consolidation Analyst for a short-term, high-impact project. This senior role will work closely with the Finance Manager and executive finance team to support group-level consolidation and reporting during a period of increased regulatory and business activity. This is a hands-on, outcomes-focused role suited to a Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA) with a strong technical background in group consolidations, ideally within large or complex organisational structures.

The Responsibilities:
 
Working with the Finance Manager and reporting into the Head of Finance, you’ll take ownership of the group consolidation process across a multi-entity structure, playing a pivotal role in supporting monthly reporting and year-end close. You'll also assist in delivering statutory accounts, liaising with auditors, and supporting the broader finance transformation agenda.     
  • Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements across the group
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Support statutory reporting in line with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and IFRS
  • Liaise with divisional finance teams to validate intercompany eliminations and adjustments
  • Partner with the Finance Manager to deliver audit-ready consolidation files
  • Identify and implement process improvements across consolidation activities
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for executive stakeholders
The successful applicant Will Have All Or Some Of The Below: 
  • CA/CPA/CIMA Qualified 
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in group consolidations within large, complex organisations. 
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and AASB.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with consolidation tools. 
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and senior-level business partnering skills.
