We’re seeking a capable and confident Project Manager to lead a business-critical risk uplift initiative for a purpose-driven organisation with strong executive backing. This is a high-impact role supporting a long-term transformation across systems, culture, and decision-making frameworks.
You’ll oversee delivery of a staged roadmap to lift enterprise risk maturity from Established to Optimised over the next 12–36 months. The program has strong alignment to strategic goals and involves close engagement with the Chief Risk Officer, Risk Advisory Committee, and senior leadership across the business
Responsibilities
- Deliver the end-to-end management of the Risk Maturity and Systems uplift program
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to embed risk tools, practices, and ownership across the organisation
- Support the implementation of a Target Operating Model to clarify services, roles, and governance
- Oversee project planning, resourcing, budget, and delivery tracking
- Drive adoption of core risk systems, reporting frameworks, and insight-driven tools
- Engage with senior leaders to promote a values-led risk culture and support strategic foresight
Skills Required
- Proven experience delivering business and risk transformation programs
- Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks and operational maturity models
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with executive leaders and frontline operations
- Experience working within large, complex organisations with governance oversight
- Ability to embed systems, frameworks, and processes to drive uplift in risk capability
- Project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) are highly desirable
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
