About the Role
You’ll take ownership of building and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and resourcing are clearly understood. The role involves working with a variety of stakeholders, providing updates, and helping teams stay aligned on priorities. You’ll also contribute to improving scheduling standards and processes as the program evolves.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage project schedules
- Build “Plan on a Page” views for project teams and leadership
- Identify and track critical paths and any risks to timelines
- Support teams with resourcing visibility and schedule impacts
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure schedules remain accurate and up to date
- Contribute to ongoing improvements within the PMO’s scheduling framework
- Solid experience in project scheduling
- Confident using Microsoft Project at an advanced level (or other scheduling tools)
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and guiding them through schedule changes
- Practical, organised, and able to simplify complex information
- Experience improving or standardising scheduling processes is a bonus
- 12-month contract
