About the Role
As the leader of quality, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality throughout the manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for implementing and managing the quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures, working closely with cross-functional teams to uphold product excellence. Your attention to detail, strong leadership abilities, and in-depth knowledge of automotive quality standards will be essential in driving continuous improvement and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001)
- Proven experience in implementing and managing quality programs and driving process improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and motivate a team.
