This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will play a key part in delivering cost and contract outcomes across a high-profile project. You will be working alongside an experienced project team, with exposure to complex commercial activities.
The Role
Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will take ownership across a range of key commercial functions, including:
- Cost management and cost/value reporting
- Change management (upstream and downstream)
- Preparation and submission of upstream payment claims
- Subcontractor management, including variations and undercerts
- Accruals and financial forecasting
- Advising on contractual matters and supporting commercial decision-making
- Management and mentoring of a Contracts Manager
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar
- Strong experience across cost management, change and subcontractor management
- Proven experience managing upstream claims and commercial reporting
- Solid understanding of contract management principles and risk
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport

- Location: Primarily Badgerys Creek with some travel to Seven Hills
