Position Description
Sitting in the finance team and reporting to the Business Partnering Manager, your role will include but not be limited to the following duties:
- Supporting the rebates process using SAP system
- Supporting the rebate process efficiently and execute payments as per signed agreements
- Key is to continuously identify improvements to data capture/manipulation, information delivery, & report design
- Investigate variances and respond to enquiries
- Support the wider finance team with further duties
- Month end close including reporting and analysis
- Stakeholder management
- Strong experience within the rebates pace
- Experience using large ERP systems, preferably SAP. Intermediate Excel Skills (V-lookup/Pivot Tables)
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and organize work priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to confidently work autonomously
