Our client is on the hunt for an exceptional Receptionist to join their team on a temp to permanent basis. You must be confident in communication and polished in your presentation. This role will suit someone with Reception experience who is happy to take on administrative tasks and develop your skills. The successful candidate will have had prior experience working in a Receptionist position within a fast-paced business. 
Working as an integral part of the team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
  • Answer and respond to all reception calls
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage room bookings
  • Organise catering for meetings and events
  • Manage mail, printing, scanning, and filing 
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Arrange travel for staff as necessary
  • Various ad-hoc duties as required
Skills / Experience

The ideal candidate will have gained experience in Reception in a corporate setting
  • Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service
  • Friendly and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem-solving and in exercising judgment
