Responsibilities
Working as an integral part of the team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Answer and respond to all reception calls
- Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage room bookings
- Organise catering for meetings and events
- Manage mail, printing, scanning, and filing
- Maintain office supplies
- Arrange travel for staff as necessary
- Various ad-hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have gained experience in Reception in a corporate setting
- Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Friendly and enthusiastic approach to work
- Strong written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem-solving and in exercising judgment
