This industry leading Pharmaceutical business is looking for an office all-rounder to come in and initially assist on a 6 month contractual basis. The role will involve a variety of different tasks from purchase orders and some invoice process to reception cover and a little bit of facilities admin work as well. They have a gorgeous brand new office and are located in Chatswood, close to the train station.
The responsibilities
- Reception cover for our existing receptionist (adhoc throughout the day but around everyone 1.5 hrs)
- General office upkeep including kitchen, organising coffee valet etc
- Facilities administration including coordination of repairs and contractors
- Raising purchase orders and end of month accruals for IT and Facilities using SAP
- New starters requests including new credit cards, credit card expenses
- Company administration (recording details, using Excel to track information, general administrative tasks)
- Good understanding of Excel and SAP – doesn’t need to be advanced
- Friendly disposition, professional demeanour with the ability to be discreet when required
- Ability to take initiative important – ability to make decisions and own them
- Good numerical acumen
- Excellent communication skills
