About the role
- Answering incoming calls and welcoming clients
- Managing general correspondence and a central email inbox
- Booking and setting up meetings
- Supporting staff onboarding and day-to-day administration
- Maintaining a tidy, well-presented office environment
- Positive attitude with a professional phone manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised with great attention to detail
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
- Comfortable using basic computer applications (Outlook, Word)
This role has historically been a great stepping stone within the business. Previous Receptionists have progressed into administration and operations support roles. Initiative and growth are genuinely encouraged.
