About the role
  • Answering incoming calls and welcoming clients
  • Managing general correspondence and a central email inbox
  • Booking and setting up meetings
  • Supporting staff onboarding and day-to-day administration
  • Maintaining a tidy, well-presented office environment
About you
  • Positive attitude with a professional phone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised with great attention to detail
  • Willing to learn and take initiative
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
  • Comfortable using basic computer applications (Outlook, Word)
