We're currently in search of an experienced Receptionist to provide temporary coverage for an esteemed financial organization located in Melbourne CBD for the week of the 29th May as well as a few hours on the 26th April for a handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting guests
- Efficiently handling and redirecting phone calls
- Managing and setting up meeting rooms
- Ensuring the upkeep and presentation of internal meeting spaces
- Coordinating catering requests in collaboration with suppliers and meeting hosts
- Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as needed
