The Responsibilites:
The duties of the role will consist of the following, however will not be limited to the following:
- High volume of bank reconciliations for multiple entities
- Proactive and solutions focused approach to working with various stakeholders to resolve queries
- Allocations and receipting of payments
- Process invoices
- Provide support to the accounts receivable officer where required
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by your Manager
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however not exclusive to:
- Prior experience within the bank reconciliations space
- Strong communication skills from a written and verbal stand point
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders
