Our client, a national retail brand with a solid reputation in the market is in urgent need of an experienced Internal Recruitment Consultant. The role will sit within a team of 6 experienced recruiters recruiting various roles across their 3 retail brands.
The Position
- Recruitment and selection
- Partner with the management team and take job in briefs
- Advertise positions through various channels
- Phone and face to face interviews
- Refer suitable applicants to jobs
- Reference checking and follow up relevant qualification
- Database and candidate management
- Previous recruitment experience – internal or agency within the retail industry
- Excellent communications skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Deadline driven, professional and a sense of urgency
- Immediately available to start asap
- Retail industry experience highly desirable
