Reporting to the HR Manager, and having exposure to all parts of the business, this is a position that will allow the successful individual to positively impact the core business functions.
The ideal candidate will have had experience in a similar HR or Recruitment role, be energetic, passionate and have the ability to problem solve as well as experience operating in environments where they are heavily relied upon to undertake a multitude of tasks.
Responsibilities:
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Support hiring managers with end-to-end recruitment solutions
- Assisting with preparing written communications for all recruitment
- Liaising with hiring managers to understand key objectives of their vacancies and establish a critical path for delivery
- Supporting hiring managers with proactive sourcing for difficult-to-fill positions; using innovative and creative sourcing strategies or agencies where required.
- Ensure candidate care and best practice recruitment experience for candidates, new starters and employees
- Generating and delivering all new starter documentation, including contracts, and compliance checking as per compliance standards and equipment and access cards
- Finding and delivering opportunities for process improvement
- Supporting communications with our staff regarding People services, policies, processes, and programmes.
- Actively monitoring, developing themes, and identifying opportunities arising from common queries and people matters
- Maintaining, updating, managing and appropriately storing accurate and transparent records throughout the HR lifecycle.
- Being aware of and adapting ways of working to account for process changes arising from our ongoing transformation.
- Ad hoc support to the HR team
Experience working in a similar Recruitment/ HR Coordinator role will be highly regarded as well as:
- Experience in either HR or Recruitment is desirable
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Overall great team player
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Discretion in relation to confidential information
