The Opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a portfolio of brands and locations across Tasmania.
You will directly manage 6 senior leaders, overseeing a broader regional team, and will play a critical role in strengthening engagement, visibility and leadership continuity across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full ownership of regional financial performance and growth targets
- Coaching and developing leaders to drive sales capability and accountability
- Strengthening culture, engagement and on-the-ground leadership presence
- Driving operational standards, compliance and service excellence
- Identifying market opportunities and supporting local growth initiatives
- Building strong community and stakeholder relationships
About You
We are open to experienced multi-site leaders from retail, hospitality, health, logistics or other service-driven environments.
You will bring:
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations
- Demonstrated P&L accountability
- Strong coaching capability and experience leading leaders
- A track record of driving performance through people
- High emotional intelligence and integrity
- A visible, hands-on leadership style
