The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll deliver high-level executive support across diary, inbox, meetings and travel arrangements. You’ll sit directly with the GM and be highly visible across the Sydney business.
This role suits an EA who is naturally organised, proactive and enjoys anticipating needs and keeping things moving smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Full EA support to the General Manager, including complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating high volumes of internal and external meetings, including senior leadership and clients
- Domestic and international travel coordination
- Assisting with board papers, presentations and executive correspondence
- Supporting project and tender-related administration
- Managing expenses and reconciliations
- Managing priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
