About the Role

This is a hands-on, field-connected marketing role focused on driving leads and revenue at a local level. Based in Brisbane, you’ll work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Branch teams across QLD, NT and NZ to execute targeted campaigns, identify growth opportunities and respond to local market demand.

From launching campaigns in high-growth areas to supporting teams on the ground, this role is all about making marketing practical, responsive and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to drive leads across residential markets
  • Coordinate direct marketing activity including letterbox drops, mailers and local promotions
  • Analyse branch performance and identify opportunities to increase demand
  • Partner with Sales and operational teams to align campaigns with business priorities
  • Track campaign performance, lead quality and ROI, providing clear insights
  • Coordinate with external vendors across print, media and local advertising
  • Support community engagement initiatives including sponsorships and events
  • Ensure brand consistency while tailoring campaigns to local audiences
About You

You’re a hands-on marketer who enjoys being close to the action and seeing campaigns deliver real results.

You’re proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders to get things done.

You will bring:
  • 3–4+ years’ experience in marketing coordination or local area marketing
  • Experience executing direct marketing campaigns (mailers, promotions, local campaigns)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
  • A proactive, “get stuck in” mindset
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Focus on outcomes, performance and ROI
