We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on Regional Marketing Executive to execute local marketing initiatives that drive leads and improve conversion at branch level.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deploy hyper-local letterbox drops and direct mail campaigns.
- Work with National Marketing to adapt templates to local markets.
- Organise print production, distribution lists and timelines.
- Track results and report on lead impact.
- Coordinate micro-targeted activity within specific radius zones (not just postcodes).
- Help organise priority handling of high-value leads.
- Identify and coordinate local sponsorships and events.
- Ensure branches have the right collateral and branding for community activity.
- Reporting: Monitor local campaign performance, track lead quality and conversion trends and provide simple, practical reporting to Branch Managers.
- 2+ years experience in a similar Marketing Coordinator or Executive position
- Experience executing direct mail, local campaigns or trade marketing activity.
- Organised, deadline-driven and enjoys working directly with operational teams.
- Strong coordination and project management.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
