About this Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality critical care in the ICU, monitoring and assessing patient conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, allied health professionals, and other nurses to provide comprehensive care.
- Communicate patient status and progress to the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Review diagnostic results and adjust care plans as needed.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in a ICU Unit.
- AHPRA registration with no restrictions.
