About the Role
Bring your strong clinical skills and aged care expertise to this rewarding role, working alongside the Clinical Manager to deliver top-quality, person-centred care. You’ll play a key role in maintaining best practice standards and supporting the care team to achieve exceptional outcomes for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care and implement individual care plans
- Administer medications and monitor resident health
- Maintain documentation and meet compliance standards
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and care team
- Support care staff to deliver best-practice services
- Full-time, fixed-term contracts with guaranteed hours
- 6-month contract with view to extend

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential aged care nursing
- Full Australian working rights
- Valid National Police Check dated within the past 3 years
- Evidence of current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations
- Up-to-date Manual Handling and CPR certifications
- Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
