About the role
This is one of the coolest roles in Sydney right now and we're looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of all in-store marketing activations and communication across Australia and New Zealand. You will help shape how their brand comes to life inside their retail stores and ensure every touchpoint reflects their uncompromising standards of excellence, innovation, and care. Reporting to the inspiring Head of Retail Marketing who reports to the Chief Customer Officer, this is a standalone role but one with lots of senior stakeholder management.

As the Retail Marketing Manager, you will:
  • Lead and execute a world-class in-store marketing strategy that engages, educates, and delights customers across their entire retail network.
  • Champion the in-store experience, ensuring that every campaign, display, and event reflects their brand values and drives meaningful connection with customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the wider marketing team, retail operations, and creative teams to localise marketing initiatives and deliver seamless, impactful store experiences.
  • Drive performance by analyzing campaign results, customer engagement, and market trends — using insights to continually elevate the in-store journey.

About you
You are a visionary retail marketer with a passion for storytelling and experience design. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a proven record of turning strategy into inspiring on-the-ground experiences. You must have
  • 7+ years of experience in retail, brand, or experiential marketing — ideally with Australian Big Brand experience or global consumer brands.
  • Strong strategic thinking with an eye for detail and design. You need to be strategic and hands-on
  • Exceptional project management and leadership skills, with experience collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • A deep understanding of customer behavior in physical retail environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
