As a Ramp Safety Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of airside activities, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders including airlines, ground handlers and aviation operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to safety risks, hazards and incidents across the airfield
- Conduct safety audits, inspections and compliance checks to ensure adherence to regulations
- Proactively identify risks and take action to mitigate potential safety issues
- Engage with airside stakeholders to promote and reinforce a strong safety culture
- Coordinate rapid response to incidents and operational disruptions
- Record, report and analyse safety data to inform decision making and continuous improvement
- Support daily operational planning based on risk, weather and resource availability
- Experience in safety, compliance or working within a safety-critical environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with solid reporting and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 shift-based roster
- Aviation experience is not essential — transferable safety experience is highly regarded
