About The Role
  • Ensuring timely review & alignment of supply plan across all SKUs based on demand forecast for both short term & long term with focus on 2 weeks out with an aim to achieve operational and commercial targets.
  • Resolving any exceptions (stock / supply / demand) that cannot be resolved by Production & Inventory Planner and require resolution from Planning manager (weekly plan and 13-week plan with focus on 2 weeks out).
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Supply, Demand, Production & Sales) to create the best in practice supply planning process.
  • Ensure weekly demand & supply balance, Supply review & other business critical collaborations are managed & completed in order to achieve optimal outcomes for operational & commercial team.
  • Ensure successful execution of seasonal events (Christmas, Easter), detail supply review around NPD launch & work collaboratively with broader planning team to deliver in full on time (DIFOT).
  • Flag potential deleted products to all relevant stakeholder in a timely manner to reduce waste.
About You
  • Strong business acumen & commercially driven S&OE planning experiences (preferably in FMCG).
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (Business Central/Microsoft Dynamics experience & Innova is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of Master Production Schedule (MPS) concept
  • Integral member of a customer focused service delivery team.
  • Strategic thinker - able to think both short term & long-term horizon and provide creative plans and recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and comfortable presenting to a cross-functional group of senior business leaders.
  • Strong communicator with high level of interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with livestock supply chains and related variables.
  • Strong strategic agility with proven process disciplines and decision making.
  • Experienced in various business improvements project methodologies and execution & delivery of those projects on a timely manner.
