- Provide telephone and email support to field sales team, dealers, service centres and end users.
- Handle the processing of sales orders and spare parts with accuracy and timeliness
- Co-ordinate order despatch with off-site warehouses.
- Liaise with National Sales Manager to prioritise monthly sales tactics, ensuring stock allocations and critical delivery windows are met
- Respond to warranty matters or complaints from dealers or end users, and liaise with technical departments appropriately.
- Recommend cross-sell or upsell opportunities to dealers
- Monitor company website to ensure most accurate information available to end users and dealers.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related collateral or promotional materials
- Monitor company sales performance, identify shortfalls and recommend actions
- Experience as a sales co-ordinator or in another commercial administrative position will be considered a plus.
- Experience in audio / video retail would also be well regarded.
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
